Tivoli Technical Sale Mastery Update
All Tivoli Technical Sale Mastery exams & study materials will be withdrawn by September 30, 2010. (However, credentials are valid thru April 1, 2011.)
They are being replaced with a new line of entry level technical sales certifications (aka Associates). The new exams will cover the features/functions of the product and basic user functions. The education for these new certifications will be covered through You Pass We Pay
