On February 23, 2010, IBM announced two unique services offerings. These new services, implementation and migration are delivered using methods that will access your customers' systems remotely, providing a less-intrusive and lower-cost method to perform the implementation or migration service.
Remotely Delivered Services are priced 25 percent lower in List Price than the comparable On-Site Implementation service.
The highly skilled IBM technical specialist will:
• Coordinate a physical planning and configuration session
• Assist with the implementation of the system components
• Assist with the configuration and verification testing
• Provide basic skills instruction for up to two of your designated technical personnel on key aspects of the implementation and product features.
